What is Templez?

Templez creates clip-on charms designed to be worn on eyewear.

They are made to be interchangeable, collectible and designed to elevate everyday eyewear.


Will the charms fit my eyewear?

Our charms are designed to clip onto many standard eyewear frame styles.

Fit may vary depending on the frame’s thickness, shape and material.

Not all eyewear frames will be compatible.

If you are unsure whether your frames will suit our charms, you are welcome to contact us before ordering.


Can I move the charms between different pairs of eyewear?

Yes.
Templez charms can be moved between compatible eyewear frames.

Please clip on gently and avoid forcing charms onto frames they are not designed to fit.


Are the charms unisex?

Yes.
All Templez charms are designed to be worn by anyone.


Where do you ship from?

All Templez orders are shipped from Australia.


How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by postal carrier delays.


Do you ship internationally?

International shipping availability is shown at checkout.

If your country is not listed, please contact us and we will see if we can assist.


Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Please choose carefully before placing your order.


What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will assess your claim in line with Australian Consumer Law.


How will I receive my refund?

If a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


My tracking says delivered but I can’t find my parcel. What should I do?

Please check with your building manager, neighbours or local postal service first.

If you are still unable to locate your parcel, please contact us and we will help investigate.


What if I damage my charm or my eyewear while using the product?

Templez charms should only be used on compatible eyewear and applied gently.

We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect use, forced application or incompatible frames.


Are your charms limited edition?

Some Templez releases may be produced in limited quantities.

Once a design sells out, restocks are not guaranteed.
