Templez sells clip-on charms designed for sunglasses and sneakers.

Our products are decorative accessories only and are not intended to be used as safety equipment or protective devices.

All product images are for display purposes. Minor variations in colour, finish or appearance may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse or cancel any order
  • limit quantities per customer
  • cancel orders due to pricing or listing errors

If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and fully refunded.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Shipping

We ship from Australia.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Templez is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs or unforeseen events.

5. Loss or Damage in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and clear photos where applicable.

We will assess and resolve each case fairly.

6. Use of Products

Templez charms are designed to clip onto compatible eyewear and footwear.

We are not responsible for damage to personal items, footwear or sunglasses caused by incorrect use, forced application or incompatible products.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including:

  • product designs
  • images
  • branding
  • logos
  • written content

belongs to Templez and may not be used, reproduced or distributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Templez will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website.

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Returns & Refund Policy 

We want you to love your Templez charms.
However, due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we have a limited returns policy.

Change of mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Faulty or incorrect items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product:

  • arrives damaged
  • is faulty
  • or is significantly different from what was ordered

If there is an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the issue

Assessment

Once we receive your claim, we will assess the issue and may offer:

  • a replacement
  • or a refund

We reserve the right to request the item be returned before issuing a refund or replacement.

Return conditions (if approved)

If a return is approved:

  • the item must be unused
  • in original packaging
  • and returned within the timeframe we provide

Return shipping costs for approved returns will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

What cannot be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • worn items
  • used items
  • items damaged after use
  • change of mind purchases

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
